Neville Bhada is the founder and CEO of Tourism Skills Group, a company that focuses on the research, marketing and communication needs of the travel and tourism, and the association spheres.
TSG has worked with organizations such as Tennessee Valley Authority, The Florida Keys & Key West, Central Florida Visitors & Convention Bureau, Huntsville/Madison County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Rutherford County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Auburn University, Monastery of the Holy Spirit and many others in ascertaining who their visitor base is and providing strategic, long-term direction.
Neville currently serves on the Board of Directors for Georgia State University’s School of Hospitality Industry Advisory Board and Atlanta Metropolitan Travel Association, among others.
Mr. Bhada worked with WebMD, Fox Television and ABC Television in creating websites and provided strategic direction for affiliate television websites in Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York and Milwaukee, among others. His career began in radio where he was an on-air talent and programming assistant for several Atlanta, Ga. music and news-talk stations.
He is available for public speaking engagements on tourism trends, research, Internet, communications, international tourism and social media. He is a renowned speaker and has been given high praise as someone who can communicate effectively and present successfully. Mr. Bhada has spoken at dozens of conferences in the United States and internationally.
He also was the executive director for the Southeast States chapter of the Travel and Tourism Research Association.
Mr. Bhada is from Atlanta. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in international business and a master’s degree from Clemson University in travel and tourism. While still in college, the Travel and Tourism Research Association recognized his study on the Atlanta Olympics by honoring him with the “Best Thesis” award.
In 2014, he was selected by Clemson University’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management as an “Outstanding Alumni” for his work in the advancement of travel and tourism.
